Hydraulically controlled tension (40,000 psi) provides consistent square cutting accuracy. The Motion Detector will shut the machine off should the blade break or stall.
50 – 245 SFPM (15-75m/min.) infinitely variable through a frequency inverter system and a heavy-duty Worm Gear Transmission. The broad speed range allows for optimum cutting of a large spectrum of materials. An Electric Tachometer assures accurate speed settings.
Hydraulic Down Feed
Feed rate and pressure can be controlled independently for fast, accurate cutting. Setup is made easy through the color-coded dial allowing the operator to select the best setting for the best setting for the type of material being cut.
Hydraulic Shuttle Table
The 38” (970 mm) x 63.5" (1615 mm) has five, 5” diameter rollers that move the material to and from the saw. The entire table assembly rides on steel ways. The shuttle table work height is 24” and has a 19.5" stroke.

A combination of roller bearing and hydraulic actuated carbide blade guides assure the blade is held taut for fast, accurate cuts. The cast iron Movable Guide Arm is positioned through an Electric Motor, than is Hydraulically Locked in position.
Powered from the main drive shaft of the saw, the brush changes speed along with the blade to assure that chips are being removed from each gullet of the blade, improving cutting performance.
To reduce the machine’s cycle time, the upward return of the saw frame can be limited through a variable height selector and can be set from 0-39-1/2". At the completion of the cut, the saw frame automatically returns to the up position.
To reduce blade vibration upon entry into the work piece, a blade stabilizer roller is provided and aids in producing straighter cuts and helps to extend blade life with significantly less noise and vibration.
Cut Indicator Light
The cut line indicator light is positioned on the dovetail above the blade and casts a shadow indicating the true cut line which aids in set-up and assures first cut accuracy.
Two sets of vise jaws assures that even the largest piece of material will be held securely. The work piece is held on both sides of the blade, reducing cutting vibration which provides better blade life. Each vise can provide up to 5000 lbs. of clamping force.
The machine’s weight capacity is 40,000 lbs. allowing cutting of solids and billets to the machine’s maximum capacity.
Laser Alignment Light
Projects a light beam to line up width of the cut on incoming work pieces.
